The surf world is rallying around Victor Bernardo and his wife, Johnni Bufkin Bernardo, after the couple was involved in a serious car accident on August 17.
Both were severely injured in the crash—Victor was airlifted to a trauma center, while Johnni was transported by ambulance and received medical care. Details about exactly what happened remain limited, but the good news is that both survived what some are saying could have been a fatal accident.
