Some snowboarders made their way south for the summer and showed us how it is going. Well, they did not show us, exactly, but they showed Natural Selection and we got notes from Instagram.

Natural Selection athlete Blake Paul is one of those snowboarders who made their way south bound. The snow has been insane, we hear.

As of August 27, 2024, most of the South Island areas of New Zealand. had 80–100% of their terrain open and all lifts running. Mt. Hutt’s upper slopes had a base of 80 inches (2 m). A snow storm was expected for the end of August, with up to 40 inches (1 m) of snow by September 1, 2024. In South America, snow pack levels are 130% of normal, which is major! You can see the high intensity snow pack levels reflected here in Natural Selection’s post and post cards from Blake Paul. Rumor has it some of the other Brown Cinema boys are there with Blake, including Nik Baden, Parker Szumowski, and Jared Elston. We can not wait to see the footage they return with.
