Valentino Guseli is on the rise. Literally, he just keeps going higher, whether out of the halfpipe or when setting world records on hips.

But it’s no surprise that Val’s stock is consistently going up. He’s been a known entity since he was 10, sending jumps far outside his weight class at The Launch and handling them without a problem. Fast forward just under a decade and the Aussie rider’s penchant for the full-send, his dislike of speed checks, and his precision board control have made him a force in the competitive circuit.

And now, he’s released a short film.

XVI is a look at Valentino’s 2024 Northern Hemisphere winter. From Laax to Eagle Pass (do we smell a Natural Selection invite bid?) to the record-setting hip air at Swatch Nines, consider this less of a look back at Val’s past season and more the starting point for where he’s launching from this year.
