1. Donald, OR

The Donald skatepark is in Donald OR, about 15 minutes south of Portland. It was built in 2001 by Dreamland and was funded by about $35,000. This park is 2,500 square feet featuring a section with quarterpipes divided by a roller and a pretty hefty pool-style bowl. Donald skatepark, is as you could guess, pretty crusty, but don’t let that stop you from taking a trip here.

  1. Florence, OR

Sitting on the southern shores of the Oregon coast sits a skatepark that looks like it came straight out of a Dr. Suess book. The Florence Skatepark was built in 2004 and originally only allowed skateboarders as a ban against bicycles was lifted in 2009. The park features quarterpipes, a snake run, a large bowl, plenty of vert, pool coping, and the iconic full pipe.

  1. Don Baxter Skatepark, Irrigon, Oregon.

The town of Irrigon, OR is in the northeastern corner of Oregon and is known for cattle ranching and wind farms- far from skating. This park built by Grindline in 2007 features a large open bowl, a street section, and a fullpipe.

  1. Jacksonville, OR

In south-central Oregon east of I-5 sits the tiny logging town of Jacksonville, OR, along with a small channel skatepark. Quarter pipes span across each side with a pump bump on one side.

  1. Toledo, OR

Toledo, OR is an inlet coastal community near Newport, OR. The park was built in 2005 with a lottery grant to the community of $200,000 for their parks and rec district. The skatepark has plenty of flow and some insanely tall ledges, they keep lights on all night here and it’s rare to see anymore than one or two skaters there at a time.

BONUS FEATURE:
Holly Farm Skatepark- Portland, OR

With Portland holding some of the states top notch skateparks, Holly Farm is rarely visited, even though it sits right in the middle of the city. It’s rare to see other skaters here, but you likely will run into a birthday party or BBQ with the park littered with kids running around.
