One of the best parts of Mason Ho’s YouTube drops are the guest appearances. Often it’s his sister Coco or his dad/legend Michael; other times it’s any super shredder who happens to be a resident or visitor of the North Shore. In his latest drop below, lifeguard, big-wave surfer and recent Eddie Aikau Invitational hero Luke Shepardson made a cameo and Mason got him to test out his own SofTech surfboard model.
“This board is opening up new boundaries and opportunities with my surfing,” says Mason of the foamie. “Like before, it was fun surfing close to rocks, now it’s way more fun, I can pretty much glide right over them!”
