Jeremy Jones’ new movie, Purple Mountains, showcases his efforts to engage with climate change detractors as well as visit with outdoor enthusiasts in key swing states who find themselves on the other side of the political aisle from him in an effort to forge a united path forward on climate policy. The film is part of a larger effort with Protect Our Winters to unify and mobilize the 50-million Americans who enjoy outdoor recreation—The Outdoor State—around a vote for climate action this November.
