Hello and  buon giorno from Sicily,

our first Girlscamp, Kite & Yoga in Sicily is over now. It was a wonderful week full with yoga, kite sessions and excursions. Alex, our yoga trainer, helped us to get more strength and relaxation with a very varied yoga class every day. To learn kitesurfing Sicily is one of the top kitesurf spots in Europe. Best wind conditions and a huge shallow water lagoon are a big advantage for beginner and also for freestylers who want to expand their kite tricks.

In order to start the day in an optimal way, to boost our health and to be prepared for the kite sessions, we had a homemade herbal tea after the yoga classes, which we enjoyed together as a group.

Strengthened and well warmed up we went kitesurfing, as soon as the wind started. In an inspriting mixed group, Helle and Bea were challenged and both cared about us with a lot of fun, professionalism and specifically selected methods – regardless of whether we wanted to learn kitesurfing or the right jumping technique.

The week has not only improved us on the water and in our yoga technique. It was a time to be together, make new friends, share stories and have a good time.

Be curious about the next Kite & Yoga Camp for Women. We are already excited about what awaits us next and have already prepared some ideas in our minds.

Ciao from Sicily
